Job Description

Purpose of the position 
ERP Project Manager The Digital Transformation Office plays a key role in the successful implementation, optimization, and support of Odoo ERP solutions across the organization. This position works closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements, analyze existing workflows, and translate business needs into effective Odoo system configurations. The consultant acts as a bridge between end users and technical teams, ensuring that ERP solutions align with business objectives while following Odoo best practices.

Principle Responsibilities 
 • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. 
 • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Odoo ERP, Student App, and Employee App. 
 • Conduct gap analysis between business processes and Odoo standard features. 
 • Configure Odoo modules such as: ✓ CRM ✓ Sales ✓ Purchase ✓ Inventory ✓ Accounting ✓ Human Resources Information System ✓ Student Management System ✓ Point of Sale (POS) 
 • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications. 
 • Work closely with technical developers for customization requirements. 
 • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation. 
 • Train end users and provide post-implementation support. 
 • Create user manuals, SOPs, and training materials. 
 • Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements. 
 • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business requirements

Required qualifications/experience: related field 
 Education 

 • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Experience 
 • 2+ years of ERP implementation experience. 
 • Experience with Odoo ERP is preferred. 
 • Experience in business process analysis and system implementation. 
 • Strong understanding of ERP concepts. 
 • Knowledge of Odoo modules and workflows. 
 • Understanding of: Accounting & Finance, Procurement Inventory Management, CRM & Sales HR Processes 
 • Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts is an advantage.  

Key Interfaces 
 Collaborate with Academic, HR, Finance, and Operations teams to gather business requirements and ensure Odoo ERP, Student App, and Employee App effectively support organizational objectives. 
 Work closely with Business Analysts by providing technical guidance, system knowledge, and training to improve their understanding of ERP workflows, integrations, and digital solutions.
