Senior Admissions & Event Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Preparation & Coordination
(Internal events for Thuwanna campus only and external events for all Yangon campuses)
· Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events such as but not limited to Open Houses, Information Sessions, and Orientation Days.
· Manage logistics for internal and external Admissions events.
· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure event presentations and materials are current and professional.
Secondary Responsibilities (Thuwanna Campus only)
3. Admissions & Inquiry Management
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all admissions inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
· Lead school tours and provide detailed information regarding curriculum, facilities, and school culture.
· Manage the application and assessment process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.
4. CRM & Financial Management
· Maintain and update the CRM database with high accuracy to track the enrollment pipeline.
· Oversee financial follow-ups, including application fees, deposits, and payment schedules for new enrollments.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Event, Hospitality, Business, Communications or a related field.
· Proven experience in events, admissions, customer relationship management, or sales.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
· Pre-intermediate level of English.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across different campus locations.
