Key Responsibilities

• Counsel, practice need analysis and give advice to the parents and students on the suitable school programs in accordance with their future education goals

• Make appointments and offer School tours for the potential parents and students from various channels

• Arrange appointments for assessment tests together with Academic teachers of the campuses

• Engage enquires from phone calls, digital platforms and walk-in clients

• Guide new enrollments on admission processes and required documents to have smooth admission experience for the clients

• Develop good relationship with clients at all steps to get customer satisfaction and thereby generate referral

• Collaborate with Marketing team on various projects and provide data analytics and trends to ensure future quality leads generations

• Help and solve day to day Students' and Parents' needs in professional manner him/herself or by working together with Student Service team

• Involve in open houses, partnership events and other special events as directed by the Admissions Manager

• Perform follow ups of the events and responsible for successful student enrollments from the events

• Stay updated with the Kings Education Group's services, programs and curriculums

• Conduct market analysis of the education industry to deliver better counseling experience to the client

• Track the admission enrollments metrics and contribute student conversion of the responsible campus

• Fill in and update the enrolled students' information and every step of the leads journey in CRM system

• Occasional Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line Admission Manager

Job Requirements

Experience and Qualifications

• Must have a degree from the relevant university/college

• Minimum 1- 2 years of sale experience preferably in education industry and other service industry

• Candidates with proven track record of sale experience will be considered first

• Intermediate level of English Four Skills to be able to communicate internally and externally

• Be as an individual with open mindset aimed for personal and professional growth
