KINGS International School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Deputy Head of Primary, proficient in English and experienced in the Cambridge curriculum to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a 5–8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role and possess Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). As a Deputy Head of Primary, you will need to play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall management and development of our primary divisions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the provision of high-quality education, foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, and promote the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing and monitoring an age-appropriate, holistic curriculum

Promoting student welfare, well-being, and academic progress

Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Must work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to address individual student needs and support continuous improvement.

Fostering strong parent and community partnerships

Managing daily operations

Contributing to budget planning

Evaluating staff performance, and supporting professional development.
- Additional duties include attending trainings, meetings, and conferences, and carrying out other responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Professional teaching qualification or valid teaching license/certification.

Additional certification or training in educational leadership or school management is an advantage.

Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Proven experience in curriculum development and implementation at preschool and/or primary level.

Strong understanding of age-appropriate, holistic curriculum design and assessment practices.

Ability to create and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.

Willingness to attend trainings, meetings, conferences, and school events.
