Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize advanced modules in Odoo 16 and later versions.
- Lead the integration of third-party applications using REST APIs.
- Optimize and manage PostgreSQL databases and write complex SQL queries.
- Guide the team in using Python effectively for backend logic and automation.
- Oversee front-end customization using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and handle web server configuration (e.g., Nginx).
- Manage deployments, configuration, and system upgrades in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Review and test code for quality, performance, and security.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Maintain and manage version control systems such as Git.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development and customization.
- Strong experience in integrating Odoo with external applications and services via APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo’s architecture.
- Experience in managing deployments and server configurations (Linux, Nginx).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and responsive UI design.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum development processes is a plus.
