Purpose of the position The purpose of this position is to manage and deliver consistent, engaging digital content across social media and the website, ensuring strong brand presence, audience engagement, and performance tracking to support overall marketing goals. Principle Responsibilities · Write clear, engaging, and brand-consistent captions for KINGS social media platforms · Plan, schedule, and publish content across main and campus pages on time · Work with the design team to ensure visuals match brand standards, with basic Canva/CapCut support when needed · Manage post boosting and share simple performance insights · Respond to comments (messages if required) in a timely, professional, and friendly manner · Keep audiences engaged and maintain a positive brand image · Support basic competitor research and turn findings into simple insights · Stay updated on social media trends and suggest content ideas · Prepare basic weekly/monthly performance reports · Support marketing team during campaigns, events, and busy periods · Update basic website content (posts, photos, announcements, contact info Skills & Requirements: · Good writing and communication skills · Basic understanding of major social media platforms · Familiar with Canva or CapCut (basic level is fine) · Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines · Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn Required qualifications/experience: related field · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred · Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media or content-related roles. Candidates with marketing or advertising agency experience are also encouraged to apply. · Fresh graduates may be considered only if they demonstrate strong practical skills and commitment Key Interfaces Internal: · Brand Team, Marketing Manager & Head of Marketing (for direction, planning, and approvals) · Design Team (for visuals and creative execution) · Academic Team (for school-related content and updates) · Operations Team (for events, logistics, and on-ground information) External: · Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) · Advertising / Marketing Agencies (when external support is required) · Students, Parents, and Community Audience (for engagement and communication) · Vendors (for basic content support like video/photo production if needed)
