Network & System Administrator

Purpose of the position
The Network & System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and securing our
network infrastructure and systems to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
Principle Responsibilities
1. Network Management:
o Design, implement, and maintain the school's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN,
WLAN, and VPN.
o Monitor network performance, troubleshoot network issues, and optimize network
configurations for efficiency and reliability.
o Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion
detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
2. System Administration:
o Administer Windows and Linux servers, ensuring their availability, performance, and security.
o Install, configure, and maintain server software and applications, including VLAN, DNS, DHCP,
and email services.
o Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure
business continuity.
3. User Support:
o Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related
issues promptly and effectively.
o Assist with the setup and configuration of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops,
printers, and mobile devices.
o Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to facilitate self-service and user
empowerment.
4. Infrastructure Planning and Improvement:
o Collaborate with other IT staff and department heads to assess current infrastructure needs and
plan for future growth and expansion.
o Research and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the school's IT
infrastructure and services.
o Lead or participate in infrastructure upgrade projects, from planning and implementation to
testing and deployment.
Required qualifications/experience: related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Network & System Administrator or similar role, preferably in an
educational environment.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Proficiency in administering Windows and Linux servers, as well as virtualization technologies
(e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with network security principles and practices, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues
systematically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users
of varying technical levels.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), MTCNA - MikroTik Certified Network Associate are a
plus.
Odoo Developer

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for developing and customizing modules in Odoo 16 and above, integrating third-party
applications via REST APIs, and supporting full-cycle implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Integrate third-party software using REST APIs.
- Write efficient SQL queries and manage PostgreSQL databases.

bridges administrative tasks with technical system support, specifically focusing on day-to-day help desk tasks and Student
Management System (SMS) maintenance.
Principle Responsibilities
System Support & Monitoring
• Monitor daily system status, network operations, and scheduled IT tasks to ensure continuity.
• Provide dedicated daily support for the Student Management System (SMS), troubleshooting user issues and ensuring data integrity.
• Follow up with teachers and staff to ensure proper and efficient usage of school systems.
• Maintain, track, and resolve IT support tickets and issue logs in a timely manner.
End-User Support & Administrative Duties
• Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and connectivity inquiries.
• Support users with general inquiries regarding Microsoft Office 365 for Education (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Handle routine administrative tasks, including data entry, printing, and copying documents as required.
Documentation & Procurement

The Digital Transformation Office plays a key role in the successful implementation, optimization,
and support of Odoo ERP solutions across the organization. This position works closely with business
stakeholders to understand operational requirements, analyze existing workflows, and translate business
needs into effective Odoo system configurations. The consultant acts as a bridge between end users and
technical teams, ensuring that ERP solutions align with business objectives while following Odoo best
practices.
Principle Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Odoo ERP,
Student App, and Employee App.
• Conduct gap analysis between business processes and Odoo standard features.
• Configure Odoo modules such as:
